2 month progress

What to expect from the first 2 months To be honest, I haven't noticed a lot of progress looking in the mirror. That is, of course, normal, because muscles don't develop in a day and noticeable progress takes more time.  Other progress has clearly happened, though. I remember first squatting with around 30 kg weights, and my technique was not the best. Nowadays my technique is better and my maximum is as high as 65 kilograms.  I was very proud when I first achieved that, in only two months.  In nearly every exercise I have pushed through my limits and made better results with every time. It has definitely not been easy but fun altogether.  During these first two months the fatigue has been unbelievable. Because I now am a lot more active, I also eat loads more and sleep longer. I don't remember when I last was this tired all the time. I have been sleeping a lot better, waking up less in the middle of the night and also my appetite has been bigger. I've
